Professional Guidance Rooted in Clinical Expertise & Faith Informed Principles

Courage Counseling Center is an ethically grounded mental health practice rooted in clinical excellence and a deep respect for the whole person. I am committed to providing care that is evidence based, compassionate, and guided by strong professional integrity.

My approach is shaped by years of experience and a belief that healing happens when individuals feel seen, heard and supported without judgement. I integrate proven therapeutic methods with a holistic understanding of emotional, relational, and when desired, spiritual well- being.

Faith is incorporated in a thoughtful and client centered way - honoring each person’s values, beliefs, and preferences without assumption or pressure. Whether faith is central to your journey or not, my priority is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you with empathy, clarity, and care.

At Courage Counseling Center, I believe that growth requires both courage and support. My role is to provide a steady, ethical, and compassionate space where meaningful change can take place.
