Mobile Crisis - Mobile Crisis teams in Iowa provide 24/7, in person mental health support across all 99 counties and are deployed through regional providers. These teams, often dispatched via Your Life Iowa or local hotlines, travel to local homes, schools, or workplaces to de-escalate mental health or substance use crises for adults and children.

Call 911: Request a mental health mobile crisis team.

Regional Hotlines:
Polk County - Call 911 and request a Mobile Crisis Response Team (one team member will respond with local police within one hour)
Dallas County - Call 844-428-3878 (Inside Out will send a trained mental health expert to provide appropriate crisis services)
Warren/Story/Madison/Boone - Call 855-581-8111 (A trained phone responder with Eyerly Ball will assess the situation and deploy a mobile crisis team if an in-person response is necessary or helpful.)
