Where are you located?

My office is located in the counseling suite, inside of North Point Church. Clients can park on either the North, or South side of the building, and enter in through the North, or West entrance of the counseling suite. Please feel free to get comfortable in the reception area until I am ready for your session.

What insurances are covered?

I take most major insurances with a few exceptions. Please verify with your insurance company if you are in-network and what your outpatient mental health benefits are before scheduling an appointment.

What is the cancellation policy?

I require a 24-hour notice of cancelling an appointment. If I do not hear from you or you provide late/no notice, then you may be subject to a cancellation/no show fee.

Record Requests

All requests for records must have a valid release of information signed by the client or their guardian. Records will not be released until this is received.
